Free Technical Assistance

Janel, Inc. is the source for technical assistance.  Our inside sales coordinators can answer your questions by phone, fax, mail or E-Mail about the products we sell.  Our outside sales representatives can offer technical assistance and setup factory demonstrations and surveys.  They will provide advice and recommend the appropriate product and accessories to support your requirements.

Same Day Shipping

All in-stock items will ship the same day provided orders are received by 3:00 pm.  Of course, exceptions will be made if requested to accommodate specific requirements.

Hazardous Products

All hazardous products will incur additional shipping charges.  We strongly recommend “case quantities” to minimize additional charges.  These items are not refundable nor returnable.  Currently, as of January 2nd, 2007,  FedEx Ground and UPS Ground charge a fee of $25/box for hazardous materials and FedEx Express and UPS Air Services are $80/box in addition to any handling, shipping, and insurance fees.

Shipping

All shipments are F.O.B. Bound Brook, NJ for most items.  Some bulk items will be drop shipped F.O.B./Factory.  Unless instructed otherwise, we ship the most economical way.  If requested,  Collect or C.O.D. freight charges via UPS or FedEx ground, hazardous handling fees charged by the carrier will be charged to your invoice and notified before delivery.

Open Account Billing Terms

A 1% discount is offered when invoices are paid within 10 days by check or wire transfer.  Please provide 3 trade accounts and 1 bank reference to establish an account.  Allow 2 weeks to setup.  Otherwise, please use a credit card or C.O.D. payments.  C.O.D. payments are via UPS, or FedEx.

Returns

Please call customer service for an RMA #. number for all returns prior to sending.  Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Special orders are subject to additional manufacturers restocking fees.  All sales are final within 10 days of receipt.  Used or damaged products not returnable unless due to shipping or manufacturer.  Credits from returns are applied to your account only.

Janel, Inc. accepts no liability for any damages resulting from the use of a product.   is not responsible and does not warrant any product for merchantability or fitness for any application.  Warranties by the manufacturer, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a purpose are the sole responsibility of the provider.
