Same Day Shipping
JANEL, INC. strives to provide the quickest service
possible. All in-stock items will ship the same day provided
orders are received by 2:00 pm.
Generally, exceptions can be made if requested to
accommodate specific requirements.
Hazardous Products
All hazardous products will incur an additional "per box"
HAZMAT shipping charge on all prepaid shipments; as of
August 26, 2009, $27.50 per box in addition to all handling,
shipping, or insurance fees. Presently, we ship HAZMAT
products via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. We only ship
Overnight HAZMAT products via FedEx Priority 1 at a HAZMAT
fee of $75.00 per box in addition to all other shipping
fees. We strongly recommend “case quantities” to
minimize additional charges.
Credit Cards
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, & Discover.
Any orders larger than $2,000 may require additional
information as well as signed faxed receipts.
Shipping
All shipments are F.O.B. Bound Brook, NJ 08805 for most
items. Some bulk items will be drop shipped F.O.B./Factory.
Unless instructed otherwise, we ship the most economical
way. If requested, Collect or C.O.D. freight charges via UPS
or FedEx Ground, or hazardous fees charged by the carrier
will be charged to your invoice.
Open Account Billing Terms
To establish terms, please provide a minimum of three trade
references and one bank reference to establish an account.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
Credit cards as well as C.O.D.
shipments are also available. Terms
are NET30 from the date of invoice and any invoices late
will incur a 1% finance charge per month (12% per annum).
Short Shipments
While we do our best to ensure that you receive every order
accurately, please inspect all shipments immediately upon
arrival. All claims for short shipments must be made within
10 days of delivery.
Damaged Shipments
If a shipment is damaged by the carrier, please contact our
customer service immediately by email:

claims and replace the damaged product accordingly. All
claims for damaged shipments must be made within 10 days of
delivery.
Returns
Should you need to make a return, please contact our
customer service by email:

or Phone: 732-271-4700 for an RMA #. number
before shipping back. Returns are to be sent
prepaid on your account and not collect. Returns are
subject to a 15% restocking fee. Special orders are subject
to additional manufacturers restocking fees. All sales are
final within 10 days of receipt. Used or damaged products
are not returnable unless due to shipping or manufacturer.
Credits from returns are applied to your account only.
If payment was made by credit card, the card charged will be
issued a refund.
Manufacturer Warranties
JANEL, INC. assumes no liability for any damages resulting
from the use of a product. JANEL, INC. is not responsible
and does not warranty any product for merchantability or
fitness for any application. Warranties by the manufacturer,
express or implied, including but not limited to the
warranties of merchantability and fitness for a purpose are
the sole responsibility of the provider.
